I don't know about the magnesium trisilicate. Not sure what that is... but, I am

fairly sure that hydrolized rice protein would render this supp illegal for SCD.

Sorry.

Is this Calcium SCD legal?

It's calcium made from citrate chelate and hydrolized rice protein chelate.

There were some

legal additives, but also magnesium trisilicate,

I'm guessing the rice protein chelate kills it, but I want to make sure. This

is my last

opportunity at finding local calcium before having to order online.

If I have to order online (Kirkmans), is there a better (cheaper) place to

order from than

directly from Kirkmans?

I'm feeling stupid and panicky that we've been doing this for three weeks and

I didn't think

about calcium.

I use Nutricoloty Calcium Citrate from the Vitamin Shoppe. The only

other ingredient is Stearic acid.

I got plain calcium citrate from GNC in the mall. It was the only place

I could find it. Rob's mom

Is this Calcium SCD legal?

It's calcium made from citrate chelate and hydrolized rice protein

chelate. There were some

legal additives, but also magnesium trisilicate,

I'm guessing the rice protein chelate kills it, but I want to make sure.

This is my last

opportunity at finding local calcium before having to order online.

Don't feel stupid at all. There is much more to worry about on this

diet than just finding the right carbs. It prohibits so much that you

have to comb through suppplementation also, and that is not

necessarily something that pops right out. I had to wait a week or so

just to get everything re-ordered that was illegal. I'm sure we gave a

thing or two that was illegal this past first week, but still, we're

seeing such wonderful results. I have great hope.

For what it's worth, the Nutricology website states that:

Every batch is tested to ensure the absence of heavy metals and other

contaminants.
