Anyone Have Trouble Staying Asleep??

Hi Everyone,

Was wondering if any post-ops have had any problems staying asleep.

I'm 1 month post-op and over the last week I keep waking up at least

4-5 times a night. I'm a ZOMBIE! I've never had this problem in my

life. Nothing hurts and nothing is on my mind. I just suddenly wake

up and then go right back to sleep. I'm happy-go-lucky except for

this new sleeping problem. During the day, I feel like I've taken

care of a newborn all night!

I e-mailed Dr. R but I know he's extremely busy so I haven't heard

from him. I'm scheduled to go to my PCP in 2 weeks but if this keeps

up I'm going sooner.

Any suggestions or experience in this area?

Thanks.

Hi Bernie, Dinah here, I was having that problem at about 5 days post

op and T suggested I drink warm broth right before bed. I have

been doing this and haven't awakened more than one at night and then

only to TT. Hope this helps.
