would be appreciated. Thanks.

Try the link over on the left side of the page. Somebody said that

worked better. I personally haven't tried either of them since he

changed to the new manual. I'll see about putting up one on my site in

Word format over the weekend. >>

I downloaded the .pdf version from the main site, and it only took maybe a

minute and a half... so 45 minutes is very extreme... sorry it didn't work

for you! The .pdf version isn't printable, anyway... (at least it wouldn't

print for me, without cutting off a 1/4 " on either side, using two different

printers) I just brought up the one that's actually on the website....

again, never did get the graphics to load, but I have most of the

information, I guess. A little disappointed about that, but oh well! If

that's the worst, things are good! <g>

Pat:

For a while I couldn't get the CLOS home page center panel to respond to my

clicks ( I tried clicking on the blue banner heading and the highlighted

part under it but each would just give an error message saying it couldn't

find the page.) However, I was able to print from the homepage small print

column (Patient Manual) on the left. I reported it to RR, he asked some

questions and that was it. I checked it as recently as yesterday, but still

got the same response.

But today I tried the center column and both parts worked.

So, try the middle, then the left side and if that doesn't work e-mail me,

I'll try to down load it and send it to you as an attachment, okay?
