Guest guest
Hi we have a milk maker which we bought for Jay when he was just gfcf as we wanted to make nut/seed milks and it is brilliant for these, we made hemp seed, almond, cashew, oat ( obviously he cant have this any longer) he doesn't tolerate nuts at the moment and I dont know in terms of ease of digestion if it better to make the nut milks traditionally, this has basically a ver powerful motor held within a fine s. steel filter , you press the button, and it grinds the nuts very very fine and the water quickly turns white, tastes great but maybe it is better soaking the nuts beforehnad,? we have a " soyfresh " make but I imagine they are all pretty similar, hth, Josie > > I was wondering if anyone got this one and how it works for the almond > milk > http://digestivewellness.com/itempage-1569-24-19-1661.html > > Monika >
