See page 151 of BTVC, edition 10. I just boil honey, set the pan in cold water

while adding

butter and beating. Then I add nut butter, cocnut, chuppoed nuts, raisins and/or

other

oieces of dried fruit. Spead on a pan lined with parchment paper and refrigerate

until firm.
