Guest guest
Hi, Here's another question. The general advice seems to be that when diahrea clears up, it's ok to introduce the next level of foods (ie, raw...). And if D returns, it's too soon. Even though I've had celiac for years, I have never had diahrea (except when with the flu or food poisoning, of course). This was true whether I ate gluten or not. All my bowel stuff is pretty normal. I do however get nauseaus, and off and on suffer from anxiety. Also, I generally feel fatigued. But these benchmarks don't seem to have the exact kind of timing that D does. Any advice about how I know when to move to the next phase? Guest guest
Merika, Keeping a food journal might help. Fitday.com is free and there are other software that might be helpful. I hope that someone has made an electronic food journal for tracking symptoms....is this a dream? Search with Google and let us know what you find. My daughter also has no overt digestive symptoms. She shows overt behavioral symptoms two days after eating the wrong food. Folks who show no overt digestive symptoms.usually can move faster through the stages but there are always exceptions.
