" Is there a " best " way to eat to avoid these problems? Is SCD from

the beginning really good? I'm thinking ripe banana then maybe

avacado, does that sound right? "

Yes. Also pureed butternut squash, pureed green beans, applesauce,

etc. NO starches.

I remember Elaine saying something about babies not being able to

break down starch. I can't remember the age though. Perhaps someone

else remembers.

PRUNES, prunes and more prunes! That is the only way I was able to

unblock my little one! he is now 11 months old. I will not give

grains until way after 1 yrs old and maybe not even then!

Apparently McGill University just did a study that revealed babies

do not have the enzymes to digest grains!

tried brown rice cereal and now the baby is really constipated.

They know how we eat and turned to me. Now I'm turning to you since

my youngest is 7 years old. Is there a " best " way to eat to avoid

these problems? Is SCD from the beginning really good? I'm

thinking ripe banana then maybe avacado, does that sound right?

Thanks Pearl
