Guest guest Posted August 9, 2006 Report Share Posted August 9, 2006 Hello, I have been using my Yogourmet for a while now with good results when I make 1 litre batches. I have been eating more yogurt lately so I want to make the 2 litre batch. I've tried it twice now and it never comes out 'right'. Its very watery and doesn't taste the same. Has anyone had the same problem? I ferment for 24 hrs and I use twice the amount of starter as the 1 litre batches.
