Guest guest
Veterans, correct me if I'm wrong, but raw apple and lettuce would not be a good idea if you're pretty new on the diet. Guest guest
Meelah, You are correct. You can bake your apple and leave the lettuce out. All that raw fiber can irritate a not-yet-healed gut. Peel, de-seed and cook all your veggies and fruit for the first while. Guest guest
I know that everyone is different, and their gut heals at a different rate. But, can anyone give me some kind of guideline of what is too soon? Should it be at least a month? At least 3 months? I'd just like some kind of guideline like there is for introducing beans or raw seeds.
