Guest guest
Hello I just wanted to pass this on to you. I also wanted to know the formula so I had my doc sit down with me and explain. you take your daughters weight in Kg. multiply by the base number. This is how many units lipase per kg per meal. Usually they do not want to go over 2,500 per kg. Next you mulitply that number by the kg weight again. ie: my sons formula 6.7 Kg x 1500 max units lipase = 10050 10050 [ this is how much he needs per meal ] 10050 x 6.7 = abt 65,000 units lipase per day Hope that this helps Love to you Ashauna mom to Maxwel and Colgan wcf
