Bummer.

Pfffft! Nothing to it! :) If you could do it now at your present

weight, it will be a cake walk a month after surgery. Really, you're

going to be a happy camper!

Ooooh, my area of expertise! Vomiting-and-dumping-r-us! LOL! (That is

only because I have to try *everything* . . .)

Anyway, the recovery time depends on if you have to throw up or if you

get dumping. If you throw up (from eating too fast, not chewing well

enough, or just eating something your stomach decides to reject), you'll

feel great immediately afterwards. It is nothing like vomiting is now.

If you get dumping, it depends on what it was you ate and how bad the

dumping is. Usually, for me, dumping lasts about 30 min. but I had it

for four hours once from an ice cream cone. Anyway, dumping is bad --

you really feel like you must lay down. I've never managed to not lay

down during dumping so I don't know what it's like if you just kept

walking. I'd say for sure avoid anything with a lot of sugar in it at

Disneyworld.

You'll have a blast and you'll be lighter already, too.
