Guest guest
Hello My husband and I are getting ready to start the diet. We have a 3yr old autistic boy who has been SCD since Feb 2005 with amazing results. We are starting to think about having another child and would like to be totally SCD for a year before I get pregnant. I am wondering if it is legal to make the yogurt from cow's milk/cream. While I have lots of experiece cooking SCD, I do not have any experience with the yogurt, because we have totally avoided any dairy with my son. My husband and I do not have any major gut issues ourselves, just trying to get healthy and detox our bodies before we have another child. Doing all we can to prevent ASD. Thanks, Kim Mom to Noah almost 3yrs old ASD SCD since Feb2005
Guest guest
Yes, it's absolutely legal. That's what I make for my daughter, because she tolerates cow dairy just fine. I am confident you will benefit from SCD and enjoy it knowing it may help with a healthy pregnancy and a good start for your next child. It also is easier when the whole family is on the " same page.
