Yes, some do have sugar and other illegals so you need to check the

labels. If you can't find plain activated charcoal easily ask your

pharmacist.

The worse of it lasted about four days...the entire process until we felt

somewhat normal again about two weeks. Would feel good first part of the

day...lousy the second part. It came in " waves " for us.

And then around three months, just like Elaine warned we got hit again. This

last time didn't last as long and wasn't as bad. with one exception, our

daughter caught rotavirus at the same time.

Hang in there it does get better...we think it is worth it!
