Guest guest
Hi group - My son is a preemie and spent 12 days in the NICU. As a result we have a nurse that comes out and checks on him who is paid through the state. She has noticed that he might have low muscle tone in his mouth which is causing him to gag when I feed him thicker foods as well as drool a lot. He also seems to have his tongue protruding out of his mouth all the time. She said that it could be cause by torticollis (which I thought was resolved). Anybody out there have this same issue or noticed that their babies tongue hangs out a lot?Cole in DOCband since 12/1/
