A sounds good.

2. I'd like our first meeting to be held in

a. Hickory

b. Shelby

c. Asheville

d. Statesville

e. some place else (please name)

A would be good, but I'm being selfish cause thats closer to me and I'm not

good with directions to go somewhere I'm not used too, But I will try to come

where the majority wants to go.

3. I'd like our first meeting to include a meal at a local restaurant

a. Yes

b. No

A I think that would be fun, it would also give us pre ops a chance to see

how post ops deal with going out and what they can eat.

4. I'd like the format for our meetings to be

a. open forum

b. a talk by a post-op, followed by questions and answers

c. something else (please indicate)

Why couldn't it be A & B, let post ops talk, have Q & A, and then everyone

just talk.

Okay! Send in those ballots!

Looking forward to hearing from you,

Blair

Blair, you are a real great doll for doing this.....

My vote is A,A,A,A. Of course, other choices will work quite well for me.

I wish the reason I could not make it was " surgery " . But not yet it seems.

from Denver casting her ballot for B,A,A,A,. I really like

Saturday better, but have a BatMitzvah to attend on the 9th. Thanks

for doing this. I also think I remember seeing a post-op from

Moorseville, I was hoping she would see this and try to attend. I

can't remember her name. Denver, is halfway between Charlotte and

Hickory, if anyone from my area needs a ride or wants to carpool let

me know. During the day I can be reached at 822-2117 at night 483-

2329. I hate to be pest but is there any other weekend options.

Thanks again .

The Longhorn Steakhouse and Saloon is a good one, they have an excellent 8

oz. sirloin with baked potato, house salad or Caesar and bread for 9.99 and a

really good margarita if any pre-op likes to have a drink with your meal

(like me) can you tell i really like this place LOL LOL, I'm a meat and

potatoes person, hopefully when I get to have the surgery this will change

some. just a thought I'll be happy with any place " ya'll " pick.
