Hi I just wanted to post my daily diet to see if I'm doing the scd

right or if there is a problem with it so if you can help please do,

I'm pretty much in the begining of it

breakfast: boiled egg, raw(1/2avacodo and 1/2 tomato)

snack between breakfast and lunch: 1 apple

lunch: boiled chicken breast, baked(butternut squash and zucchinni at

350 degrees with extra virgin coconut oil), steamed broccolli and 1/2

raw avacodo sometimes

mid afternoon snack:1 applegate organic turkey dog boiled (Is this

okay considering that the ingredients seem okay or is it illegal

because it is processed.) 1/2 raw avacado

dinner: boiled chicken leg or thigh, steamed carrots and grean beans,

and raw lettuce(romaine and green) topped with extra virgin coconut oil
