Guest guest
Thanks for the protein numbers. Another question, honey...what about peanut butter? When can we try it? Like on a cracker or in a protein drink? Or is it too high in fat? dinah mgb 081600 > > > For those in the " But I *hate* smoothies camp " (like me): > > > > > > I'm on a continual quest for tasty, fast, easy-to-fix, sits well in > > the > > > stomach, high protein foods. Guest guest
I just wanted to thank you for posting all the helpful hints you have. I, too, hate the smoothie thing and am looking forward to trying this as I am not getting in enough protein. Thanks again for all you do for both pre-ops and post-ops. Kim 7/12/00-284/243/?
