Speaking of Which: Just how many grams of protein, sugar, carbs,

fiber etc are we suppose to have. I dont' remember seeing anything

about that on the site. Share your info please?

Thanks for the protein numbers. Another question, honey...what about

peanut butter? When can we try it? Like on a cracker or in a protein

drink? Or is it too high in fat?

I just wanted to thank you for posting all the helpful hints you have. I,

too, hate the smoothie thing and am looking forward to trying this as I am

not getting in enough protein.

Thanks again for all you do for both pre-ops and post-ops.

here we go again! lol

Sorry, I asked the same questions last month! lol They are orange

peanut butter and crackers in the little six pack. Made by Nabisco or

Lance or Toms. I too, have never heard them called Nabs and I'm from

Alabama.
