Hi Jen, I have been in similar circumstances. I have gone to United Way

before. They have helped us out 2x. Maybe you could try them. Good luck, I know

how

you feel. Also ask at the company where you get your gas/ bill from if they

have any suggestions. I think if you explain the situation to them they may be

able to give you somewhere you could apply for help. I have also done this

before and gotten steered in the right direction for help. I hope this helps

I would look into you County programs that could help. We have one here in

our county that will pay for medical expenses up to $1,000. We also have one of

our daughters on a waiver program for kids that have a disability which is

hard to get them on it but because my oldest has a little damage to her lungs

also has hydrocephalus too she is consider disabled. The pay for gas to take

her to her doctor appointments and what our insurance doesn't pay for and they

also pay for a baby-sitter so we can have a little get away it is really

nice. So I would check with your social worker at the hospital or call your

local

child health clinic to see if you can qualify for any programs. You just have

keep trying until you find the right person that know about the different
