Has anyone gone through Dr. Marsh in St. Louis?

My 6 1/2 month old daughter has an appointment on Feb. 25th, with Dr.

Marsh at St. s Mercy's child development center. She was diagnosed

with torticollis when she was 2 months old. We have tried working with

her at home ever since. When you look at her from the back, her ears

look like they are off by an inch and the top of her head is flat on

the left side, and her right cheek is pushed out a little. Has anyone

else got a helmet through Dr. Marsh's office. Also, does anyone know

anything about Anthem (BCBS of MO) insurance. Either way on that we

are going to get her one. Thanks ahead of time for any info. I can get.
