Tammy,

Try this.... right next to the search box, click " advanced " . Then you can fill

in " coconut oil " on the two bottom tabs for subject line and message body. When

I did it, it came up with 55 results. It will only show you ten at a time, then

you just click " next " up near the top and it will show you the next bunch.

As for the question about stomach cramping.... I have never heard this about

regular coconut oil, only about MCT oil (derived from coconut). As with

anything, just use common sense and try a small amount first... see how you

tolerate it. Everyone is different.

Coconut Oil

I have tried searches previous messages to find an answer for this but

was unable to search the archives. Could you tell me how to do that

please? I only could search in 817 messages and got 10 results.

Meanwhile, I have heard that coconut oil can cause stomach cramping.

Does this mean that I should avoid this for awhile or can it be used,

if tolerated, at an early stage of the diet? There are two recipes

where I can have all the other ingredients but haven't tried the

coconut oil yet.

I did read that coconut MILK needs to wait for six months.

Thank you,

Tammy'
