Wow! Many thanks, Marilyn! It's good to know that making DCCC really

is possible. In my case, having read the recipe, I think I'll bite

the bullet and make extra yogurt instead. Keeping those exact

temperatures for that length of time would be a killer!

That's pretty much what I thought! With the yogurt, I just pastuerize the

milk, cool it, add the culture, stick it in my yogurt maker, or in the

dehydrator if I'm making a bunch, and forget it! Well, at least for 24-28

hours.... I haven't YET forgotten to take a batch out.
