I would like to recommend two things:

!. Google " Meatloaf " on the Internet. Look for a recipe without dairy or

improvise by using

eggs, grated onion, almond flour and tomato sauce.

I make tomato sauce by either simmering down tomato juice until it's thick. I

sometimes

add fresh tomatoes and always add bay leaf and Basil plus oregano. After it's

cooked I add

a few drops of honey.

Did you see the recipe that came through here for meatballs yesterday? That

looked good.

Also, I use grated zucchini for bread crumbs in meatloaf. No dairy and it

is moist and delicious. I believe you can use it in any meatloaf recipe.

Does anyone have a good meatloaf recipe that's dairy free? I would

also love it if anyone could give me some tips on making tomato sauce

from scratch.
