Guest guest
I have a yogurt maker but we are going through it so fast I am doing this every day. It would be nice to do it once a week instead. I put a 60 wat bulb in the oven and it stopped at 103, so I tried a 75 watt bulb and it is stuck at 108. Is this high enough for fermentation? I would hate to waste my milk as I have to walk uphill both ways in the snow to get more . Just kidding-it has been 100 here all week, ugh.
