Guest guest
Thanks Marcy! How old were they when you repositioned to tummy? I really want to try it. I am a PhD that has decided to become a stay-at-home mom to be with my son during this time; he gets his band next Friday. I know I am in the minority here... but I wish I would have slept my son on his tummy sooner. Maybe the band wouldn't have been necessary at all. See my previous post for more info about sleeping on tummy is more natural. Both Dr. Karp and Dr. Sears have books about it however still support " back to sleep " . > > > > Are any parents out there repositioning their babies and having > them > > sleep on their tummies? > > > > Also, did your baby sleep ok? > > > > Sleeping on tummies is actually more natural for newborns but > the " Back > > to Sleep " campaign has reconditioned what's natural. > > > > I have tried to put my son on his tummy for naps (totally > monitored and > > supervised) and he just won't sleep on his tummy anymore.
