Thanks Judith.. I am not even close in attitude.. I have always had a bad

mental image of myself... even when I lost a bunch of weight and was wearing

12's a few years ago, I kept finding bad things about my looks. I am going

to try very hard not to do that this time, and I think this group is the

place to be if I want to improve my feelings about myself. Thanks guys!

Deb, if I may be so bold: being a 'babe' is all in the attitude. I think

you're there already.

Could I just urge you to get some mirrors? GEEZ. You are naturally

*beautiful.* One of the classic beauty-types for magazine layouts,

the envy of the ball type! And if you are already in size 20's,

zowee, Flo and Trish have got some *major* competition!

:)

Flo, PLEASE don't send me that stick... if you do, I will feel obligated to

use it! If I should have the good fortune to have any man looking my way, I

surely wouldn't want to hurt him for it. LOL. I think improving your self

esteem is a great way in itself to improve your overall health. Now I just

need to work on being able to sit down and breathe at the same time when I am

wearing those 20's.. : )

Thanks again ! You are wonderful for my self esteem! I thought

everyone at Cattlemen's was beautiful, inside and out. But before you say

anything more nice about my looks, I should remind you that it was pretty

dark in there, and you were sitting at the other end of a very loongg

table...lol

Hey Deb: I'm sending a stick for you to use to beat the men off. I have used it

successfully

for a month now. I no longer need it. I have decided not to beat the men off.

heh heh

Doesnt' it feel good! Oh, I'm great at saying how good the surgery has been for

my health.

And it has been good for my health. But it's been wonderful for my self esteem!

Yesterday we went out and bought a treadmill. My 6-yr old grandson said he's

going to

" teach " me how to use it! Sad thing is, he'll probably have to. I'm soooooo out

of shape!

And...I contacted my girlfriend in Winter Haven, FL where we spend our winter

months and

she's looking into a place for me to take water aerobics!

Getting our lives back is no small deal. I'm so glad that you're feeling the

exhilaration too

Deb!
