Since most of the speakers used " Power Point " slide presentations, I have converted those to " Adobe Acrobat " (pdf file) format for downloading. (If you don't have the Adobe Acrobat reader loaded on your computer, I've also provided a link where you can go to download the FREE reader software which will allow you to open/read/print these files). So far, I've uploaded the slide presentations from Dr. Fogel (GI doctor), Shirley Howell (RN/CDE - diabetes management), and Dr. Sutherland (surgeon - TP/ICT procedure). There are also 3 additional files/handouts of articles that Dr. Sutherland provided. These are in Microsoft WORD format. If anyone has trouble opening/reading those files, let me know, and we can probably convert them to " plain text " format (with the exception of any embedded tables/illustrations, etc). There is a link to the " 4th Annual Symposium Handouts " page from the main page of the PAI website: http://www.pancassociation.org OR, you can go directly to the Symposium Handouts page by clicking on the following link: http://pancassociation.org/symposium_2003_handouts.html Cheers, --Tull Assistant Moderator Pancreatitis Association, Int'l
