Speaking of efa's: I noticed that although flax seed is not allowed that

flax seed oil is. I also notice that hemp seed is not allowed but hemp seed

oil is not mentioned. I am interested in this as a source of balanced efa

supplement and would like to know if it is SCD legal.

Thanks,

Kara

look at www.houstonni.com enzymes, pep, hn zyme and no fenol in

capsules and with rice bran filler oil for yourself

sweet potatoes are very scd illegal so most likely you both have some

major intestinal yeast issue that gets upset when you start to stop

feeding it

candex and oreganol help with yeast

i would also look at vit d, you need to read back on my recent posts

here under 'monfreespirit' or 'osip7315' to get a bead on this

efas need looking at

constipation can be a symptom of intestinal yeast

very small quantities like 60mg once every two or three days of msm

(which is neither scd legal or illegal) can help with constipation

and bile but may not suit everybody, the trimedica 'pure msm' which

is in fact lignisul msm is a good

Since flax seed is illegal b/c of the fibrous parts of the seed, not the oil....

I would think the same goes for hemp, although Elaine didn't ever address it. I

just don't think she was " hep " to hemp. I've used hemp oil in my daughter's diet

and regard it as I would flax.

Page 77 BTVC edition 10 confirms this.
