Guest guest
From the pecanbread instructions for the goat yogurt it says to add water. I lost the instructions for the euro cuisine that I have. Do I have to add water to this particular yogurt maker? I haven't been doing so for the nut yogurts because I just didn't realize that was even a possibility. ) KELLIĀ
Guest guest
For most yogurt makers, there is an inner batch container.... and you add water to the OUTER container, so that the inner one sits in a water bath. This keeps the yogurt at the proper fermentation temp... and keeps it even througout (not too hot on the bottom, etc.). Guest guest
I have the euro cuisine w/ the individual glass jars... No water added, just place jars in unit (without individual lids), cover w/ lid, and set dial to hour began (that way I remember the next day what time to turn it off ). - hope this helps . - Carol / Froggypeach > > But for this particular one, do I add water? Guest guest
Thank you so much Carol. I am glad because this is what I decided to do.I almost added the water but it really didn't look like it was supposed to hold it, so I didn't. ) KELLI _____ From: pecanbread [mailto:pecanbread ] On Behalf Of Carol Sent: Monday, June 19, 2006 5:55 PM To: pecanbread Subject: Re: euro cuisine I have the euro cuisine w/ the individual glass jars...
