I started taking it about 3 months ago, and still have minor-medium flares. My doc told me it will take 3 months (minimum) to 6 months (maximum) for it to start "working." I'm SLOWLY lowering my Prednisone dosage, and am now down to 6 mg. I don't feel good a lot of the time, but think it could be due to other illnesses I have.
