Squash chips

Cauliflower (mashed like potatoes) on a Shepherd's Pie

Combined with eggs and nut flour in a pudding.

Zucchini with a poached egg on top

Avocado Dip

Spaghetti squash with meat balls

Beet chips

Cauliflower used in rice recipes

Saute with onions, mushrooms and nut flour and make a stuffing

Stuffed peppers

Cabbage rolls

Recently I've been roasting veggies with a little chicken stock, salt , some

basil/ corainder and a little lemon juice, with some olive oil at the end and

loves them, but this is recent he used to avoid veggies like th eplague, hth, ,
