Connie,

Good to hear from you and thanks for the update! We need to hear good news. :o) So do you or don't you have RP? Don't you wish they would make up their minds! At least you are on the right treatment and everything is staying quiet!

Lots of love

Glenda

Hi Glenda :-)

I can always depend on you and and this whole group to make

me feel welcome! Thanks, dear lady. As far as the RP......who

knows? Do three " might be RP's " equate one definite RP? LOL I have

a hunch that it is, judging by what you guys report when you describe

throat/trachea/larnyx involvement. I know people with

dermatomyositis have internal problems, but even my internist thinks

I also have RP due to the cartilage in the trachea might be causing

my cough. You're right, at least the treatment I am on seems to be

working.

One of these days I might have to get in contact with Dr. Buckner.

She might be able to sort things out.

I hope things are settling down for you and your family. I seem to

remember reading a recent post of yours where you told us you were

having some health problems. I hope all is well.

See you soon,

love,

Connie

Dear Bob and Priscilla,

Dr. Franco is a rheumatologist in Riverside, CA. His phone and

address can be found on his website at www.thearthritiscenter.com

I don't know if Dr. Franco can be of help on such short notice and

unfortunately you will probably need to establish a patient

relationship, but you might have luck contacting Professor Garth

Nicolson at www.immed.org

Good luck and many prayers,

Connie H
