I am here lurking!LOL I am still hanging in there. I am still having the same fun I have been having. Hot flashes and all. Gish it is so much fun getting older and not feeling older. Well not that old!LOL BP is still up there I am sure. They haven't done anything to lower it. I am suppose to be exercising and watching what I eat(which I do every bite I take). Really I have never cook with grease or eat much salt. I use herbs and spices instead.
