They are legal if nicely soft and ripe. You can mash or puree it and mix it into other foods. Patti Need more fat Week are SCD for one week. We have lost lots of wait. How can we get more fat. I am still broiling ground meat, but I think we need the fat. We eat cheese once a day, mainly in the morning with our eggs. I believe that cheese will give us more fat but one of my children has finally had a BM this morning so I was holding off on a lot of cheese. Please help.
