Weight loss in the beginning is not uncommon. Avacados would be a good source of

healthy fat. They are legal if nicely soft and ripe. You can mash or puree it

and mix it into other foods.

Need more fat

Week are SCD for one week. We have lost lots of wait. How can we get

more fat. I am still broiling ground meat, but I think we need the

fat. We eat cheese once a day, mainly in the morning with our eggs. I

believe that cheese will give us more fat but one of my children has

finally had a BM this morning so I was holding off on a lot of cheese.

Please help. I know we are healthy but I don't know how safe it is for

children to lose a lot of fat.

Avocado is a great source of fat as are butter and vegetable oils. If

butter is a concern you can make it into ghee which is delicious.
