There is a list of legal supps on the website, www.pecanbread.com , under

" supplements " . Kirkman (www.kirkmanlabs.com) has quite a few that are SCD

legal.... and some multiples. Check the list on pecanbread first, then go to the

kirkman site.

I know they will sell you a trial pack of most supps... so you don't have to buy

a whole bottle, only to find out you can't use them. I have bought their

hypoallergenic NuThera multi... it's a small capsule that I open and put in

applesauce for Katera. It didn't have a terribly strong smell...and she took it

fine. Anyway, try their trial size.

children's multivitamin?

Does anyone have any recommendations for children's multivitamins? I ordered

one online that the SCD-savvy dietician suggested, but it's a liquid and my dd

refuses to take it (I tried some, and I don't blame her. Even hidden in a

smoothie it reeked).
