hey Bob,

Well i just got back from my last part of my physical, did all the labs a few

days ago. I asked repeatedly for them to have my letter done by the time I

finished my physical. And lo and behold here it is today and guess what!! NO

LETTER!!!!!!!! I told the doc I have to have this letter before i can mail in

my packet. He said I will send it directly to him. I said no I have to mail

it in all at the same time. He said I will have it done as soon as possible.

THe girls I guess never asked told the doc i needed it. So the girls in

office said it will probably be monday can you believe. And He said he was

sending one to the Doc himself also. so now I have to wait til MONDAy to send

off my pack. All I want is to get a date. ok I am done thanks for listening

Has anyone run across the problem that your PCP insist on faxing your H & P

and Lab results to Dr. R. I fear he will think I am not following

instructins for the packet, but they insist. I know they don't want a

million faxes a day, I am going to continue to push to get my own copy to

mail in.

Let 'em fax. BUT, tell them YOU want a copy. Then put those copies in

your packet.

Hey Marge, Just think, even if you don't get the letter until Monday, that

Hi Bob,

I think you do need to get your own copy to put in your packet. Dr. R needs

everything all in one packet together. They have to give you a copy of your

records

if you ask them, so just ask them and send a copy to Dr. R in your packet.
