If using Knox unflavored gelatin sprinkle 1 pouch of gelatin powder

over 1/4 cup cold water. Add 1/4 cup boiling water. Stir until

dissolved. Add 1 cup juice and 1/2 cup additional water. So the total

liquid is 2 cups and the juice has been diluted to half strength as

recommended for SCD.

You can also jell tomato juice and add diced vegetables.

I found unflavoroed " Knox Gelatine " in the regular section at the

grocery store, right next to the Jello brand stuff.
