Dear List:

Be careful with Welch's grape juice. There is a line of Welch's grape juice

that has corn syrup in it, I accidently bought it once. My husband noticed it.

I feel dissed and must explain. Yes, I've read the book and read p. 76 prior to

my post.

But there has been discussion just in the couple of months I've read this list

about Welch's

and whether some things had been discovered questionable after Elaine wrote

that.

But thank you so much for answering. That's what I wanted.

Here are the right Welch's Juices

Welch's has never added any sugar to their 100% juices. Just one serving of

White or Purple

100% Grape Juice gives you 100% of the recommended daily intake of vitamin C.

And

Welch's juices are fat-free, cholesterol-free, and have plenty of energy-giving

carbohydrates.

Hi Eileen,

Was it their 100% White grape Juice blends (like the 100% White

Grape Pear Juice), Light cocktails or maybe their Juice Cocktails?

All of these are SCD illegal.

Welch's legal juices are Purple 100% Grape Juice, White 100% Grape

Juice, Red 100% Grape Juice.

It is always a good idea to check the labels ingredient list to make

sure you've bought the legal versions of commercially prepared food.
