I guess it too much to hope for .......

Their yougurt is not SCD legal, but it is nice to know they are making a good

product.

I have pasted their response to my question below.

Hi Amy. Thanks for writing to us! We culture our yogurt about 8 hours

which gives a high number of beneficial bacteria as well as good taste.

Long periods of culturing makes the yogurt much more tart, sometimes

unpleasingly so. In one 8 ounce cup of yogurt there are 160 billion units

of beneficial bacteria, consisting of s. thermophilus. l. bulgaricus,

l.acidophilus and bifidus. We make a very high quality, low processed

product and hope you will give us a try. We appreciate customer feedback

so please write again if you do try our yogurt. Best regards, Yvonne
