hi everybody - I thought I would be all better and never have to

worry about this again - ...

I'm not even sure what I ate that caused this, but I've been in a

lot of pain for the past 3 days and I'm feeling very lousy all the

way around. I'm still very restrictive about the fat. I'm not sure

what happened..

I'm even having trouble typing this..

thanks

Rick

Rick,

Sorry that your ERCP sphincter procedure didn't do all that you hoped it

would. Unfortunately, that is often the case. Once you develop these

pancreatic problems it seems that there are very few procedures that can

bring true relief.

Just try to take things one day at a time and take it easy. Be kind to your

pancreas and try to stick with the foods that you know won't cause you any

discomfort. Sometimes this works, but there are no guarantees with CP. It

may not even be food that set you off, often stress of any kind, even " good "

stress or pleasurable excitement can bring on a pain episode.

With hope and prayers,

Heidi
