Its with much saddness I am writing this Bob passed away on the 28th

December.

The prelim autopsy shows that he died from Needle Puncture to the

large colon followed by multiple organ failure.

I ask all of you to please question nerve blocks and think twice

before having one done.

I ahve lost my friend, husband, and wonderful father of two children.

I am so very sorry for your loss.

When you are able, please do see a medical malpractice attorney to

investigate whether there is the basis of a lawsuit against the

doctor. A needle puncture of the colon should not have happened,

especially if the procedure was done with fluoroscopy. A lawsuit

will not restore your precious husband, but it would ease financial

pressures and may save other patients from the same catastrophe.

Again, please accept my condolences for your loss.

My heart goes out to you during this most difficult time of loss. The

circumstances leading to your loss are a most tragic reminder of the

unanticipated risks of surgery, and I'm so very sorry that your husband lost

his life because of this.

It will be in my prayers that God will look over you and your children during

your time of need and watch over you evermore.

With hope and prayers,

Heidi
