When you are able, please do see a medical malpractice attorney to investigate whether there is the basis of a lawsuit against the doctor. A needle puncture of the colon should not have happened, especially if the procedure was done with fluoroscopy. A lawsuit will not restore your precious husband, but it would ease financial pressures and may save other patients from the same catastrophe. Again, please accept my condolences for your loss. jang

Guest guest
My heart goes out to you during this most difficult time of loss. The circumstances leading to your loss are a most tragic reminder of the unanticipated risks of surgery, and I'm so very sorry that your husband lost his life because of this. It will be in my prayers that God will look over you and your children during your time of need and watch over you evermore. With hope and prayers, Heidi Heidi H.
