Guest guest
Hey Guys, I am 16 days post op and have a question. Lately I have had to have food in my tummy at all times. If I forget to eat I get very lightheaded and tired. This has been OK, because as soon as I feel " off " I either have some juice or a bite to eat, I swear it is like living on Chinese food - I eat until I am full, then 2 hours later I am hungry again! But, this morning I slpet in and moke up terribly naseas and " refluxy " . I went in and had carafte right away, some crackers and juice and felt perfectly fine. This is going to be a problem if I haev to set my alarm to wake up and eat! Gee! So, long time post-oopers: #1 Did you have this problem and #2 Did it go away? Just wondering if I will have to be CONSTANTLY eating or if I am going through a stage of sorts!!! Thanks everyone . . I am off to eat some more! HA! L. Guest guest
You may be low on salt and potassium. Chinese is high in sodium....maybe why you do well on it. Try some juices with high sodium?
