Maybe a short walk? I know when I was a member of the gym (which I plan to

rejoin in a couple of weeks . .. $$) anyway, I worked out inthe morning, adn

it gave me a natural high all day long! It felt great! The first week or so I

DREADED getting up and going before work (As I do now and I am not looking

forward to joining until the efffects kick in!) and after about a week I knew

how good it felt that I just rolled myself over and ina f og drove to the

gym! Good Luck
