Have a look at page 66 in the tenth edition of BTVC where it says the main difficulty is that minerals compete with each other and finding a delicate balance for optimal absorption is challenging. Many of us use two kinds of approved Freeda Vitamins daily, a multi and a B complex. Freeda makes these vitamins SCD compliant without starch, sugar or other illegals added. http://www.freedavitamins.com/ I take one a day of each but do not know the pediatric dosage.
