Hi everyone,

does anyone know if ground turkey has added starches? My daughter

and I are experienceing pain, the first in quite a while, and are

trying to figure out why. Are some brands better than others?

Most of the ground turkey that I see in the regular grocery store says

" natural flavor " . I don't buy that type.

I get the ground turkey from the health food store that is just turkey

with no additives.

You need to ask what's been added. It could be hormones and anti biotic

has been added. Were these ready made burgers or just the ground up

poultry? Were there seasonings in it?
