Guest guest
Do you know how Dr. R handles out of network patients? Do you have to pay up-front or do they bill you after surgery? I do not want to miss my surgery date haggling with this ignorant insurance co...But I also don't want to show up and have to go back home because I don't have several thousand dollars in hand. I am still fighting and won't give up but I am so afraid to let go of my surg, date for fear that I'll never get another chance. Our insurance will change Jan 1, I think United Heathplan or something like that... Thanks for your help you are the best! Guest guest
First, go back to the insurance company and ask them what your " stop loss " is. That is the term they use. It is the most you should have to pay out of pocket no matter what. Then ask them how the stop loss affects the " out of network " payments. Make them explain it thoroughly. Then when you have an idea how much they are going to pay, you should put the dif on deposit with Dr. R. RCB Bank wrote: > > Do you know how Dr. R handles out of network patients?
