It's good to be back. Today was a great day. As you know we have been house hunting, well today we found the perfect house. Just some changes in the paint colours and we're set. It has lots of room, 1600 sq feet, with a covered deck, finished basement and two car garage. Very spacious and airy. Oh yes and a fireplace. We put an offer of $80,000 that's like $50,000 for you Americans, with all appliances and window coverings and it was accepted. Hurrah!!!!! We just have to see the bank now. We saw them a few weeks ago and they were ready to lend us much more, so I don't think it will be a problem. So we will probaly be moving at the end of February. Yeah no more nasty neighbours. I guess we'll just have to rent this place out to some real rowdies!!!!

I'll keep you posted and cry on your cyber shoulders if it doesn't go through!!!

Now I got the ex's mother and sister on my case. I wouldn't take a phone call from his sister so she sent me a nasty email. So I emailed her back and said that I was sorry she felt that way but I'm not going to just sit there like they do and let him treat his daughter like trash. They rarely call except on 's birthday or at Christmas and then ask to speak to her, so when they ask for me I know I'm going to get crap, so why should I answer. They always say that it's between me and him, but when the shoe is on the other foot they jump right in. Well my mantra for this year is "Take no crap!!!!" And I'm sticking to it!

Boy it feels good to be back here and have all this support. You guys are all so great! I've really missed you all!

I am not going to the extreme that is.LOL I refuse to cross my eyes....can't see very good that way. I run into enough stuff with out them crossed!LOL Sounds like the house you are trying for will be a dream house. Sounds huge compared to what you live in now.
