It was really nice to meet the others too! Everyone made me feel so comfortable and so supportive. We pre-ops really need that at this point. It's tough when you think you are almost there with your packet, then you read the new manual and find out the patient letter has gone from 6 pages to 11 and Dr. R says he is going to start collecting a refundable deposit in September because the insurance companies are dragging their feet. Boy, Drema was right, get it all done in 1 week and get it over with. If you don't, something else might change.
