Margie, click on " join our mailing list " on the www.clos.net site and

then subscribe to e-groups " mini gastric bypass " group. When you sign

in and get there click on messages and then put the message number in

the little block at the top and click on go. Hope this helps. I dont'

know what a Digest is, so don't feel dumb. lol Hope this helps.
