A great mustard found at Whole Foods and gourmet stores:

Orphee Organic Dijon

Water, organic mustard seeds, organic apple cider vinegar, sea salt

For everyone who's asked about toothpaste lately, obviously this is only an

issue if the child is swallowing it, or might suck it out of the tube. I just

always tell everyone that we don't use toothpaste at all with our daughter. We

wet the brush with water.... use a Sonicare.

Our dentist suggested this b/c she is so very delayed... can't spit... would

choke on toothpaste. He said plain water was just fine... and that it's the

brushing twice a day that's important. He also said she'd probably have much

less plaque on her teeth following a diet like this... and that is true for us.

BTW, she's nearly 10... we've never used toothpaste ever.... and she's never had

a cavity.

What brand mustard are people using? Oh and toothpaste

too!

Also, toothpaste ideas. We need a little bit of

mild flavored toothpaste/flouride free/all natural etc.

What are the ingredients in your mustard?

I haven't found any problems with yeast and vinegar since being SCD.

There is a homemade toothpaste recipe at
