Oh I would have had a fit. That is rediculous. Did you do meds in your

room by your self or did they get them for you. I usally do all meds in

hospital, I have great nurses though that I guess trust that I give him

meds. I image that other hospitals have different procedures though. I

do not however leave them out for others to see because you never know

when a doc or someone is going to walk by and freik out about the

stupidest little thing. Usually the Residents who do that. LOL I

wonder how they even have time to think let alone bother about someone

taking a couple of syringes that are just going to go in the trash.

Wow, When was little she wouldn't let ANYONE but My hubby or I do PT!

She would scream as soon as anyone came into the room and continue until they

left. I wish she would've let someone else do it, I could have gotten a break.

It seemed like as soon as we finished, we were starting again!

Abby's hospital was also very good about allowing us to give the meds

and do her CPTs. However, there was a physical therapist (named

, I think) that could put Abby to sleep with his CPTs. It was

amazing! I wanted to bring him home with us.

You know some of them have the magic touch. I can never get Colgan

to fall asleep. I can't even get him to stop screaming. There was one

RTT there in the hospital that made Colgan laugh the entire time. Go

figure!!!!!
